Cool Club Loyalty Program Regulations Information

1. Purpose of the Program
Cool Culture's "Cool Club" loyalty program was created with the goal of building customer loyalty and providing a satisfying online shopping experience. Cool Club members can enjoy exclusive discounts, early access to promotions, and personalized offers.

2. Recipients
The program is intended for customers registered on the site www.coolculture.it , subscribed to the newsletter and who have made at least one purchase on the site. The promotion is valid exclusively for purchases made online and not in physical stores, both in the national territory and in all areas covered by the e-commerce service.

3. Duration of the Program
The Cool Club loyalty program has a continuous duration over time. Cool Culture reserves the right to decide the end of the program, committing to communicate this decision to members in advance.

4. Benefits of the Program
The loyalty program will reward its members through a series of progressive benefits, including exclusive discounts, early access to promotions and personalized offers.

The program is divided into several levels, depending on the user's activity:

• Cool Client : reserved for customers who have signed up to the newsletter and placed a first order.
• Super Cool Client : reserved for customers subscribed to the newsletter who have completed two orders.
• Extra Cool Client : reserved for customers subscribed to the newsletter who have placed three or more orders.

Cool Culture reserves the right to change the categories and related benefits, with prior notice to users, to meet business needs and ensure proper management of the program. Each change will be communicated both on the dedicated page of the site ( https://www.coolculture.it/pages/cool-club ) and via email to the interested members.

The discounts currently available for each level are as follows, in addition to any temporary promotions that will be communicated via email:

• Cool Client : 10% discount *
• Super Cool Client : 15% discount *
• Extra Cool Client : 20% discount *

Discounts will be applied during checkout, upon entering the discount code communicated via email to the interested parties.

* Discounts are valid only for purchases with a minimum amount of €100 and on products marked with a red star in the preview.

5. Exclusions
By unsubscribing from the newsletter, you will automatically lose the right to obtain the exclusive discounts provided by the Cool Club.

6. Changes to the Program
Cool Culture reserves the right to modify, update or terminate the Cool Club loyalty program at any time, depending on business needs and the correct management of customer flow. Any changes will be promptly communicated to members, and the updated benefits will be indicated on the dedicated page of the site ( https://www.coolculture.it/pages/cool-club ) and by email.

7. Communications
All communications regarding benefits, program updates and any discount codes will be sent via email to Cool Club members. We encourage members to check their email inbox regularly to ensure they don't miss any opportunities.
