How to request a return - Return Policy

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

You have the option to return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery via the request return page.

How do I make a return?

1. Open the return request page ;
2. Enter order number (#CC-xxxx) and your email;
3. Select the item(s) to return and the reason;
4. Choose the return method: a. replacement (free) or b. refund (cost €7);
5. opt. In case of replacement, select the new item, or/and desired size/color.
6. Enter address for new shipment
7. opt. In case of refund, select the desired refund method: gift card (free), bank transfer or credit (cost €7);
8. Book a return collection;
9. Confirm the data.

*Price examples refer only to Italian territory.

WHICH PRODUCTS ARE RETURNABLE?

You can return your items within 30 days of delivery. The products must be in their original condition, in the original packaging and tag, unwashed and unworn.

ARE THERE ANY RETURN CHARGES?

In Italy, your return with item replacement (with the same item, size change or a new item) is always free*.

Meanwhile, if you want to get a refund you will pay a fee of €7.

If you purchase outside of Italy, the return cost is €20 if within the European territory and €50 if outside of Europe.

*Attention: for the second replacement of an item from the same order you will pay €7.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method, within 10 business days.
