How to request a return - Returns Policy

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

You have the possibility to make a return or exchange within 30 days from the order delivery date via the return request page.

WHICH PRODUCTS ARE RETURNABLE?

You can return your items within 30 days of delivery. The products must be in their original condition, in the original packaging and label, unwashed and unworn.

ARE THERE COSTS FOR RETURN?

Your return with item replacement (with the same item, change of size or a new item) is always free.

While, if you want to get a refund you will pay a fee of €7.

If you purchase outside of Italy, the return price is €20.

For the second item replacement from the same order you will pay €7.

HOW LONG WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND?

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you when your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method, within 10 business days.
