Shipping costs and delivery times, which vary depending on the destination country, can be viewed in the following table. In the case of exports and customs, delivery times may vary. Cool Culture Customer Service monitors all shipments and intervenes to resolve any customs issues.

Shipping costs Italy

  • Standard Shipping ( delivery in 1-2 working days ) is free throughout Italy for orders of a minimum amount over 150 euros .
    For orders under 150 euros , shipping costs are 7 euros.

Shipping costs Europe

  • Standard Shipping (delivery in 2-3 working days) is free in European countries ( Austria, Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain .) for orders over 250 euros.
     For orders under 250 euros , the shipping cost is 20 euros.
  • Standard Shipping (delivery in 3-4 working days) is free in European countries ( Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia ) for orders over 500 euros.
    For orders under 500 euros , the shipping cost is 35 euros.

Shipping costs North America

  • There Standard Shipping (delivery in 3-5 working days) And free of charge in North American countries ( United States, Canada .) for orders over 500 euros.
     For orders whose amount is below 500 euros , the shipping cost is 50 euros.

Shipping costs Asia

  • Hong Kong : The Standard Shipping (delivery in 4-8 working days) And free for Hong Kong for orders over 500 euros.
    For orders whose amount is below 500 euros , the shipping cost is 50 euros.
  • Japan : The Standard Shipping (delivery in 4-8 working days) And free throughout Japan for orders over 500 euros.
     For orders whose amount is below 500 euros , the shipping cost is 50 euros.
  • South Korea : The Standard Shipping (delivery in 5-9 working days) And free throughout South Korea for orders over 500 euros.
     For orders whose amount is below 500 euros , the shipping cost is 50 euros.

Shipping costs Rest of the World

  • Other Countries : The Standard Shipping (delivery in 5-9 working days) And free in all other countries not present in this list for orders over 1000 euros.
     For orders whose amount is below 1000 euros , the shipping cost is 60 euros.
