HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Enter the email address of your customer account with which you placed the order, select the products you decided to return and request the return. You will receive an email with the waybill to ship the goods to our warehouses.

WHICH PRODUCTS ARE RETURNABLE?

You can return your items within 30 days of delivery. The products must be in their original condition, in the original packaging and label, unwashed and unworn.

ARE THERE COSTS FOR RETURN?

No, the return is free , the return costs are at our expense.

HOW LONG WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you when your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method, within 10 business days.
